Return/Refund Policy All products purchased at The Olde Red Barn may be returned for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. Consigned items are not returnable. Defective items must be returned within 5 business days of the purchase. The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges, and refunds: All products must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition. CDs must be unopened to receive a full refund. If lighting products are found to be defective, a full refund will be issued. The original receipt must accompany all refund/return items.
